What is your response time?

We respond to most tickets within 15 minutes. All support is handled by Tier 2 technicians or higher, so your issue gets solved quickly by experienced experts.

Do you come onsite?

Yes. We visit our DFW clients once a month to meet with employees and make sure everything is running smoothly.

Do you have 24/7 support?

Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency IT support and standard helpdesk hours Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM CST

What cybersecurity products do you use?

We follow the NIST security framework and use a mandatory security stack that includes antivirus, endpoint detection, spam filtering, identity protection, disaster recovery, Office 365 backup, and security awareness training.

Do you manage mobile devices?

Yes. We use an enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) system to secure and manage your company’s mobile devices from the top down.

Can you manage remote businesses?

Yes. We’ve enabled many clients to work fully remote with secure systems and reliable support. 

What do you handle beyond IT support?

We take care of vendor management, procurement, cybersecurity, infrastructure buildout, and specialized software support. Through trusted partners, we also provide backup, VOIP, and cabling services.

What type of businesses do you work with?

We specialize in construction and manufacturing but support clients across many industries, including professional services, medical and dental practices, nonprofits, real estate, event spaces, municipalities, and more.

Do you work with anyone other than businesses?

We only support businesses with at least five workstations. However, we’re always happy to point individuals in the right direction if needed.
