Austin Beaty

Austin Beaty is the co-founder of Red Team IT (formerly Austin Lane IT Services), bringing over 25 years of leadership, technical expertise, and industry experience in commercial and residential construction, property management, hospitality, and point-of-sale systems. He plays a key role as Product Owner in shaping the direction of ALMobile, overseeing design, functionality, and user experience to ensure client success.

Austin began his career in 1987 in Dallas, Texas, as a programmer with Jonas & Erickson Software Technologies, Inc., a developer of advanced accounting and property management systems. After the company was acquired by Geac Computers, Inc. in 1990, Austin held several leadership roles over his 9-year tenure, including Support Manager for North America. He was instrumental in managing Y2K compliance, product development, professional services, documentation, and technical support for a client base exceeding 5,000 users.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Communication Information Systems from the University of North Texas. Known for his integrity, leadership, and commitment to customer satisfaction, Austin remains a driving force behind the company’s mission and success.
