Director of IT Services
Grant Beaty started his professional career with Red Team IT (formerly Austin Lane IT Services) in 2018 as an intern. He worked his way through the ranks to a part time role as a business analyst through college and began full time after graduating from Southern Methodist University with Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management.
His full time role began as an IT Services Account Manager specializing in business development. Grant was shortly promoted to Director of IT Services after facilitating 40% growth of Austin Lane's IT Services division in less than 12 months. Today he oversees all operations within Red Team IT including support services, account management, business development, and process optimization.
